Electricity and Storage Heating included.

Bookings are usually from Saturday to Saturday.  The cottage is available from 2pm on the day of arrival, and generally must be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure. 

Out of high season we can let the cottage for less than a week if required, again just give us a call or e-mail and we'll see what we can do for you.

A deposit of 20% of the total due is required with the booking.  The balance is due 21 days before the expected arrival date.  The prices quoted are for the cottage, not per person.. Please contact me via email for more details.

We normally welcome guests in person. If we can't be there to meet you, keys will be sent to you by post in plenty of time for your holiday.

SORRY:  NO SMOKING IN THE COTTAGE

Pets by arrangement.  Well behaved pets are welcome in the cottage and garden and the area around the cottage is particularly good for dog walking. Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms however, and any damage caused by pets will be charged to the clients.
